Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and former World Cup-winning captain Imran Khan has invited India’s former star cricketers Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev and Navjot Singh Sidhu to attend the oath-taking ceremony as Prime Minister.
According to PTI leader Faisal Javed Khan, the invitations have been sent to the former Indian cricketers.

A few days back, Navjot Singh Sidhu told that he has received the invitation to attend Khan’s oath-taking ceremony, “It’s a symbol of love and affection and also a great honour for me that I’ve got the invitation from across the border,” said Sidhu.
Imran Khan has also invited the members of the Pakistan cricket team which had won the cricket World Cup under his captaincy in 1992.
Khan will take the oath from President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain at the President’s House on August 18.
